COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER

Community Association Manager

The Community Association Manager provides SERVANT LEADERSHIP to our Associations as they seek to build and maintain strong and harmonious communities. Association Managers administer the communications, operations, maintenance and financial management for our Associations. Responsibilities include enforcement of community rules and regulations, some administrative tasks, vendor bids, and contract management, attending/facilitating Board of Directors meetings, Annual Meetings, Committee meetings (when required), routine inspection of common elements, responding to resident requests, annual budget preparation, oversight of monthly expenses, as well as capital improvement and repair projects within the budget. Evening Board and Annual meetings required.

Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, with a passion for service. Building relationships and excellent leadership skills are a must for a Community Association Manager. Good communication skills, interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and budgeting skills are required. Two to four years of Community Manager experience is preferred. Training for the right candidate may be considered. A designation of CMCA or AMS is preferred, but not required.

Compliance Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Compliance Coordinator to drive several of our Associations. The Compliance Coordinator inspects homes in Association communities in order to enforce the Deed Restrictions of the Association. The position involves drive-by inspections using a company tablet. This position can be full or part-time and hours can be flexible.

Duties include:

  • Drive-by inspection of properties in Association neighborhoods checking for Deed Restriction compliance. Issuing violation notices, maintaining accurate records, and some monthly reports. Because the position requires drive-by inspections, a reliable personal automobile is a necessity as well as full coverage insurance. Mileage reimbursement is provided as well as an hourly wage. The Compliance Coordinator spends the majority of the day driving and then reports to the Compliance Coordination Manager.

 

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED: and one-year related experience. Training may be provided for the right candidate. Must have a keen eye for detail, strong customer service skills, and be highly organized. In addition, must have the ability to read and interpret business documents, quickly adapt to new software, and handle clients with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.

 

This position is held as a 1099 Self Employed and/or Sub Contractual labor. No benefits are currently offered with this position.

COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR

Accounting Billing and Collections Specialist

As a key member of our accounting team you will be responsible for providing customer service and support to our customer base for missing and unpaid payments as well as their financial inquiries. This includes addressing client’s overdue payments,researching payment discrepancies, reviewing and processing adjustment requests,and providing feedback to clients using written and verbal communication skills. In this role you will process a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

Accounting
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The Administrative Assistant provides assistance to the Association Managers and our Associations. An Administrative Assistant provides internal as well as external customer service. Some but, not all of the areas of operation that may be included are: association board meeting and annual meeting administration, association amenities administration to include the issuance of pool keys, data and file maintenance, correspondence, word processing, excel spreadsheets, architectural modification request processing, supply management and some mail processing or distribution.

Our ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be detailed-oriented with the ability to multi-task. Computer skills and a 'can do' attitude area must. This position requires a High School Diploma or GED, and at least one year of related administrative experience and/or training. Some night meetings may be required.

Must have excellent customer service skills including proper phone etiquette and candidate must have the ability to work with vendors, resourcefulness, and the ability to meet concurrent deadlines.

The right candidate should have a basic knowledge of accounting procedures including billing and collections, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
